Refund policy

Everything sold by HustleSheet Co is a digital download (spreadsheet files for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets). Your download link is emailed to you as soon as your payment clears. Nothing is shipped.

All sales are final. A digital file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If the file does not work, we will make it right. If a file will not open, a formula is broken, or the product is not what the listing described, message us through our contact page within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We will fix the file or send a replacement, and if we cannot fix it, we will refund you in full.

Please check the description before you buy: each listing says which apps the file works with.
